- If the arrival day is 1224, 1225, 1226, 1231 and 0101 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 100 euros and after 1 a.m. 150 euros.

- The Tourist City Tax in force in Barcelona 2025 will apply. ( €6.25 Euros personnight, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report andor the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
