This amount or any relevant amount wont be charged if the house is returned in the condition it was received. There will only be a charge in form of calculated compensation for any damages found after check-out. - A minimum age of 21 years old is required to check in. - We are committed to Rent Responsibly Standards to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. We use a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected.
