✅ CHECK-IN: From 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. For security reasons, check-in instructions and access codes to the apartment will be provided at 3:45 PM on the day of your arrival. If you wish to check in before 4:00 PM, you must inform us upon arrival. If the apartment is ready, we may be able to offer it to you, but we cannot guarantee it, as it depends on the departure of the previous guest and the cleaning schedule.

✅ For security reasons, luggage and personal belongings cannot be left in the apartment while cleaning is in progress.

✅ CHECK-OUT: Until 11:00 AM. If you wish to request a late check-out, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Subject to availability, we will confirm if it is possible and provide the corresponding additional cost:

From 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM: €39

From 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM: €59

From 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM: €99

✅ UNAUTHORIZED LATE CHECK-OUT: If you leave the apartment later than the established check-out time (11:00 AM) without prior notice to the property, the following amount will be charged as a penalty from your security deposit, depending on the time of your departure:

Departure between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM: €550

Departure between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM: €635

Departure between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM: €730

Departure between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM: €835

Departure between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM: €960

✅ ADDITIONAL GUESTS: Only guests registered in the booking are permitted to enter the property. If you wish to increase the number of guests from your original booking, the price for each additional guest is €39 per person, per night. Access to the property by any unregistered or unpaid person will result in the complete forfeiture of the security deposit.

✅ CLEANING DURING THE STAY: The post-arrival cleaning fee is included in your booking. If you require extra cleaning or a change of towels during your stay, please contact us. This service carries an additional fee equal to the cleaning cost of your reservation and must be paid separately.

✅ PETS: Pets are allowed with prior notice, subject to a supplement of €25 per pet, per night. Access to the property by any unregistered or unpaid pet will result in the complete forfeiture of the security deposit.

✅ NO SMOKING inside the apartment.

✅ NO PARTIES OR EVENTS.

✅ Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighbors, especially during nighttime hours.

✅ Please use the facilities with care and leave the apartment in good condition. Any damage caused must be reported and, if applicable, compensated.

Failure to comply with any of the rules mentioned above will result in the complete forfeiture of the security deposit with no right to a refund.
