**The apartment you see in the listing is the apartmentyou will stay.** The photographs show the actual property you are booking, not a generic room or a different unit within the complex. Please review the photos, description, facilities and location carefully before confirming your reservation.

**Location & Noise:**
The apartment is located in a **lively tourist area**, with bars, restaurants and entertainment venues nearby. As a result, **music, voices and general street noise may be heard, particularly during the evening and at night**.

If you are especially sensitive to noise or are looking for a completely quiet location, **this property may not be the most suitable choice for you**. We prefer to make this clear before you book so that there are no surprises upon arrival.

**Check-in & Assistance:**
The property operates with a **self check-in system**. Before your arrival, you will receivethe necessary instructions and access information.

Our office is open **Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM**. If you require personal assistance with your check-in during our working hours, this service is **free of charge**.

If personal check-in assistance is required **outside our working hours**, an additional fee of **€50** applies.

Please note that **no check-in assistance is available after 8:00 PM**. As this is a private holiday apartment and not a hotel, there is **no 24-hour reception service**.

**Swimming Pool:**
Access to the swimming pool facilities is subject to an additional charge. The minimum charge is **€3.50 per sunbed, per person**, with parasols available for an additional **€1.50**.

**Invoices:**
Please note that **the owner of this property does not issue invoices for the accommodation**.

Our agency acts solely as an **intermediary and property manager on behalf of the owner**. We do **not issue invoices to guests under any circumstances**, as our services are provided to and invoiced directly to the property owner.

Therefore, **an invoice for the accommodation cannot be provided by our agency**.

**Refunds:**
If the guest chooses to remain in the accommodation until the end of the booked stay, **no refund for the accommodation may be requested from the host**.
